Sara Reece - CEO

Sara qualified as a Registered General Nurse from Guys Hospital in 1987. Sara has had a significant influence on the design, development and practical delivery of the smilescool programme. She has been involved with ownership and management of dental practices since 1988. She has also set-up, established and continues to over-manage two successful and highly accredited children's nursery schools. Sara has considerable experience in operational, HR and financial management, and the development and implementation of procedural systems. She also has up to date knowledge and understanding of the operational challenges associated with the delivery of dentistry within the NHS, mixed and private dental practice sectors. Sara is responsible for leading the company and the assessment of, and roll-out to smilescool affilates. She will also oversee operational activties, partner relationships and ensure a smooth roll-out with affiliate practices.

Mike Reece - Clinical Director

Mike qualified as a Dental Surgeon from Guys Hospital in 1980. He is a practising dentist and the inspiration behind smilescool. Mike has an extensive and proven track record for quality driven dental care and treatments resulting in a substantial and very loyal patient base. He also has extensive experience of NHS and conversion of NHS practice to the private sector. He has been working in the private sector since 1993. Mike is responsible from continuted development of the smilescool methodology, and the assessment, evaulation and introduction of any new clinical procedures, innovations and products within the smilescool programme. He will also be responsible for assessment of and roll-out to smilescool affiliates, on-going affiliate standards and new partner relationships.

Paul Samuel - Finance and Commercial Director

Chartered Accountant, Paul has been Finance and Commercial Director for six years of major UK IT Security companies. Responsible for non sales and technical areas of the business including contracts, purchasing policies and strategic planning / modelling. Paul has successfully taken Cygnia Technologies Ltd, incorporated in June 2007, from a 'standing start' to a £2m per annum turnover company. Paul has wide commercial accounting background covering new start ups, refinancing and bank reports. He is responsible for financial modelling and assessment of smilescool affiliates, operational duties including cash management, financial accounting and reporting, supplier relationship management and purchasing.

Mike Cotterhill - Legal and Commercial Director / Company Secretary

Mike is Senior Partner and practicing solicitor at his own law firm - Cotterhill Hittchman LLP. Mike specialises in commercial law advising and assisting a variety (size, structure and type) of businesses. He is responsible for affiliate agreements, partnership and commercial agreements.

Jo Hoffman - Marketing Director

Jo is a chartered marketing professional with over 15 years experience in the field of marketing communications. Through her own agency Jo provides marketing services to a variety of clients on an interim, project specific or retained basis. Jo has a wealth of client side experience in both the consumer and business to business sectors working for such companies as ATS Euromaster, First Choice Holidays, adidas UK and Boots the Chemist. Jo is responsible for the smilescool marketing strategy, activities, communication and brand awareness. Responsible for web site content and smilescool affiliate support with easy to use downloads, uploads and marketing materials. Jo will coordinate marketing activities with strategic partners.
