Smilescool in the community

The smilescool team are also supporting the message of preventive dentistry by spending time with local nurseries and schools, taking groups of children through some of the smilescool session experiences. These educational, interactive visits may include; diet and heathly eating choices, oral cleaning routines and techniques, 'Look and See' activities, experiments and learning through fun and play.

This is an invaluable and unique method that the team offer, to ensure as many children as possible have the opportunity to learn about oral health care and to take this message home to their parents. We believe that one day the smilescool ambition can be realised - Learning the correct habits at the earliest possible age creating a truly preventive dental service.
